Pennsylvania Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hotlines

Pennsylvania has one of the highest rates of fatal drug overdoses out of all US states. In 2018 alone, more than 4,400 residents died of drug poisoning. That’s 12 people daily for an entire year, and unfortunately, numbers haven’t changed much. Add the fact that about 53% of Pennsylvania residents suffering from some form of mental illness do not receive treatment, and we have a problem. We want to help. The following hotlines are available to all residents of the Keystone State, and the last two are available nationally. If you or someone you love needs help, please call whichever hotline is most suitable, and please call today.

PA Support & Referral Helpline

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services sponsors a free and confidential hotline for all residents in need of counseling or referral, and the number is 1-855-284-2494.

National Rehab Hotline

Available around the clock, 365 days a year, the National Rehab Hotline is free and confidential. An accredited specialist will answer after a few short rings and be there to help you through a substance abuse or mental health crisis. Give them a call at 1-866-210-1303 today.
