Maryland Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hotlines

In 2018 alone, approximately 2,320 Maryland residents died from drug overdoses. That’s more than six people every day. On top of this startling statistic, about 44% of Maryland residents with some form of mental illness annually do not receive treatment. As a bit of a silver lining, the state routinely finishes among the top ten or fifteen states with the most access to treatment, but we want to help. The following hotlines are available to all residents of the Old Line State, and the last two are available nationally. If you or someone you love needs help, please call whichever hotline is most suitable, and please call today.
