The Georgia Crisis and Access Line provides immediate assistance 24-7 for those in the middle of a mental health or substance abuse crisis. Trained professionals can also help you locate an open crisis center or a detox bed no matter where you are within the state. They can also dispatch a mobile crisis team for emergency situations or help you find a state-funded provider for nonemergency situations.

Free Rehab in Georgia
The following programs are available for free, either through donations or grants, to those without insurance or unable to pay.
- No Longer Bound
Certified by the Georgia Department of Community Health, No Longer Bound is a Christian-based free or low-cost long-term residential rehabilitation program for men struggling with addiction. The program is available for mentally stable individuals aged 18 and older with no health conditions who agree to get help. It’s located in Cumming, GA.

Located in Macon, the Rescue Mission of Middle Georgia is a free residential faith-based program for men, women and children. The organization provides long-term inpatient help for those who’ve experienced substance addiction, domestic and sexual abuse, poverty and homelessness.

The Extension is a free or low-cost program for adults in Cobb County who’ve experienced homelessness due to drug or alcohol addiction. The organization offers long-term inpatient substance abuse treatment and a sober living program to help individuals get back on their feet.

The South Georgia House of Hope is a faith-based women’s drug and alcohol and drug rehabilitation program located in Lake Park. It provides long-term inpatient treatment with cottages for women with children. Grants are available for those who are unable to pay for services.

My Father’s House is certified by the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences. This sober living house, located in Hiram, offers substance abuse counseling and a 12-step faith-based program for women. Donations make it possible for those who are unable to pay to receive assistance.
