West Virginia Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hotlines

West Virginia had the thirteenth-highest prevalence of mental illness per state last year, according to Mental Health America. Making matters worse, the United Health Foundation found that West Virginia consistently ranks as having the most or near-most reports of mental distress. On top of this, more than two state residents died of drug overdoses in 2018. There’s a problem, and we want to help. The following hotlines are available to all residents of Mountain State, and the last two are available nationally. If you or someone you love needs help, please call whichever hotline is most suitable, and please call today.
