Nebraska Addiction Hotlines

America has a severe addiction problem, and Nebraska is no exception. Substance abuse is among the top health concerns in the state. This year, 9.56% of residents reported illicit drug use sometime during the last month, per the CDC. A total of 214 residents died from overdoses in 2021 alone. Data is not yet available for last year.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) sponsors Network of Care, which is designed to help state residents locate addiction services in their locale.
