Indiana Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hotlines

The state government of Indiana performed a study to find out how many adult state residents suffered from Alcohol Use Disorder. The results were terrifying. Nearly 8% of Indiana adults suffer from AUD. Nearly 5% of Indiana adults suffer from some form of mental disorder. These may not seem like big numbers, but the population of Indiana is more than 6.7 million, so five percent is 335,000. That’s a lot of people suffering. However, more than 70% of Indiana adults with either AUD or a mental health disorder do not receive treatment. We want to help. The following hotlines are available to all residents of Hoosier State, and the last two are available nationally. If you or someone you love needs help, please call whichever hotline is most suitable, and please call today.
