    The William Temple House is a nonprofit organization offering some of the most affordable mental health counseling services in Portland. Sliding fees range from $1 to $80 or may even be free based on eligibility. In-person and virtual counseling sessions are available.   • Multnomah County Behavioral Health Resource Center
    The Multnomah County Behavioral Health Resource Center is a drop-in center managed by the Mental Health and Addiction Association of Oregon. Shower and laundry facilities are also available, as well as clothing, lockers, snacks and drinks. The center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Services are free, and appointments aren’t required.
